Oh college. Uh I am not in college yet. But I did do something at school that teaches you what happens and what you need to do if your in college. So I was up to demonstrate, and I was laying down. and they didn't really teach anything at all... so all they told me to do was do what I think I should do in this situation. I told move all over the place when I sleep so what I did was I put on my ear buds and I listened to music until I fall asleep. And I put my ear buds with my phone or iPod next or under my bed so that its not in the way while I listen and sleep. Yeah that's what I got:) I hope this solved your situation:) Any questions? just ask me:)
I had this trouble in college, I finally had to move out of the dorm and find a quieter place to live. Now I think a "white noise" machine would help you. It's a constant noise that blankets other noises, not with volume, but with a constant, steady sound that allows you to ignore other erratic sounds. They're cheap, like an alarm clock and have several choices. Oh, you might be able to get an app, I did that for when I travel. It's called white noise.
