What should my snacks be? when losing weight
i understand eating 6 small meals a day, and snacks in-between. what should be my snacks
definitely keep it fresh like fruit and vegetables. a handful of nuts. not too many because they have fats and oils. a cup of cheerios.
crackers are a good snack or look for any weight watchers products
Fruits, veggies, nuts, yogurt, cottage cheese, a boiled egg, string cheese. There are so many options.

Nuts are a great snack-almonds have fat but a good fat. Pretzels are good especially the whole wheat ones. Obviously fruits (No Banans)and Veggies! Popcorn has low fat considering the amount and great taste. Pickles are one of my favorite snacks
Fresh berries, even a smoothie for a meal. Any fruit except bananas they are way to fattening although high energy.
I love hummus and jicama!
Get those packaged 100 calorie snacks from the grocery store or low cal ice cream or diet soda Dont suffer needlessly Enjoy life
