What should my snacks be? when losing weight

i understand eating 6 small meals a day, and snacks in-between. what should be my snacks

definitely keep it fresh like fruit and vegetables. a handful of nuts. not too many because they have fats and oils. a cup of cheerios.

Fruits, veggies, nuts, yogurt, cottage cheese, a boiled egg, string cheese.

There are so many options.

Nuts are a great snack-almonds have fat but a good fat. Pretzels are good especially the whole wheat ones. Obviously fruits (No Banans)and Veggies! Popcorn has low fat considering the amount and great taste. Pickles are one of my favorite snacks

Fresh berries, even a smoothie for a meal. Any fruit except bananas they are way to fattening although high energy.

Relaxing. Didn't cook quiches made an omelette instead & did more washing instead of cleaning. What did you get up to.

Exactly what you just did.I still have another load to wash and i couldn't be stuffed cleaning to be honest.I haven't had lunch yet and it's almost 3pm..I was ready to make an omelette when I saw you were on.So I will answer a question I just saw and liked and then have lunch.I will be back soon if you will be on..otherwise I won't bother.It's been weird here lately.
