Really good? Adobe Photoshop, Apple Aperture, Adobe Lightroom, and a few more - but they may be too complicated for you or too expensive - but if you're going to get serious in photography - since everything has gone digital (film has almost vanished), you may want to make the investment and "grow into" an advanced photo editing software package. Adobe has just initiated a radical change in how they sell their software - they basically "rent" each package (like Photoshop - Lightroom can still be downloaded and purchased) - you can rent Photoshop for something like $10 a month - go to the Adobe website to get the exact costs. If you want something a bit easier to start with - go with Aperture or Lightroom. Also - join one of the Google+ photography forums - you can see some great photography and talk to masters that usually give you great tips and advice on different photo editing software.
