At what age can you get a belly button piercing?

i want to get my belly button pierced without parent permission im 13 going on 14 what age can i get it pierced.and where are the best places

The person giving the piercing to the minor without parental consent could be sued, and face charges.

In most places you have to be at least 18 years old before you can get your belly button pierced without parental consent.

Well i have a friend of mine that i havent seen in years and last week i saw her and she lifted up her shirt and showed me her belly botton piercing and i was like "woah how old are you"!!! Shes twelve but her father signed to let her get it

but if youre under 18 YOU NEED parental concent. sorry just how it goes i wish that wasnt a law or whatever lolz.

Yeah i know! I was like holy cow when she showed me it!!! And what i dont get is that her parents wont let her wear makeuo but she can have a belly botton piercing (hmmm seems a litlle wierd lol)

You can get your belly pierced when you reach the age of 18 years. Getting a piercing is not illegal for under aged kids but consent from a guardian or parent is required.

Now and days girls are getting them early as 12......but I think 18 is a good age.

well, all my friends have one but i think you should be able to get one at age 15, 16, or 17 so you want have to worry about anything going wrong

I'm 16 and got mine pierced! There's a location in los Angeles. There's actually a lot there where they don't ask about your age. It was really cheap as well, it was 15 bucks.

My daughter got one but she was 18. But she was sorry. It was infected for a long time. Once she started work in business she found the new clothes she wore hit it & irritated it and she took it out & let it grow back. It grew back very quickly.

I think any age in the teens is a good age. Any age under 13 just is just wrong to have it done. Im 13 and i have to wait till im 16 to get mine pierced. But one thing i reccomend if u want to get your belly button pierced and your parents wont let u... get a fake belly button clip, thats what me and a friend are doing.

I am also 13 going on 14 in about a month or so, and i tried to have my belly pierced numerous of times but it is required for a parent/guardian permission esssnetionaly you have to be at least 18 without a guardian.Also for me i have been waiting a long time for a belly piercing and im not so much on caring on where or when i get it done lol ;)
