How much weight could I loose in two, three and four months by exercising? What kind of exercise should I do to loose it fast?
I have a an elliptical machine, and a yoga mat. I don't have much time to go running, but I do exercise quite often. What types of exercises should I do to lose weight on my legs, stomach and arms? I really want to be happy with myself, more than I am right now, so how much weight could I lose in 2-4 months and what exercises would be the best to do so? I already eat very healthy, so that's already taken care off! Thanks! :)
