I Weight 150 should if i work out and get in shape should i stay at 130 for my weight or 120 because in football im going for wide reciever

Im saying should i lose 20 pounds or just lose 30 pounds for this football season i am in 8th grade 5'6 going for wide reciever/Back-up Qb/MiddleLinebacker should i lose 20 pounds or 30 pounds

Your weight isnt as important as you are making it out to be. If you are going to be a LB you need to be able to hit and take a hit.... you need to be agile more than anything though... and preferable fast.

130, 120 for that height and your age is a little bit under.

i think your at the right shape for a wide receiver. just depends on how you play the game. just play hard and get that place.
