Turn down the heat on your bacon. Drain the fat. Add generous amounts of brown sugar. Coat your bacon well. Cook down. Remove bacon and let cool completely. Crumble. Top off your sundae with lots of it. Yum ;)
Three scoops of ice cream in a triangle then cross two cooked, cooled pieces of crisp bacon (maybe choco dipped first) over them. Then one scoop of ice cream on top. Then strip a piece of bacon into three long strips and lay them vertically on the sides then pour chocolate syrup over the top, sprinkle with crumbled bacon, add whipped cream, more bacon and a cherry.
