Slowly stop smoking as many cigarettes week by week. Try smoking three less per week until you get to needing maybe one per day. Then work on increasing the days between needing a cigarette. Don't quite cold-turkey, because you may go into withdrawal.
I used the E cigarettes. You have to be ready to quit tho. Every time I took a drag off the e cig I reminded myself that I was smoking these to quit and I try to take the least amount of drags a day. I smoked the e cigs for only 3 weeks and its been since February 14, 2012. Good luck
First stop buying them, if you feel the urge ask everytime for one till the people around that smoke know you as the "cigarrete begger" then they will avoid you therefore no smokers around you less exposed to temptation Have courage for whats best for you and humanity
