Just tell her.... I don't get why other girls think that this is a taboo to talk about.. its natural stop feeling awkward and just tell your mom. She'll know what to do if you don't and won't think of you any differently when u tell her.
I been with this with my own mom, I was scared to tell her 2 but I learned not to be cuz she is gonna find out, your gonna need your mom trust me and she is gonna know more things bout it then u so just tell her . and your can tell in a note but make sure u put in a spot where nobody but ur mom looks
You need to tell your mom everything because if you don't you won't have anyone to go to to talk to if you can't talk to your friends about it.You need to just say "Mom I got period." and she will understand and help you
It may feel a bit awkward, especially if your mother has never talked or oriented you on this topic, but remember that she is a woman and she still is/had been going through this. So just tell her! You may be surprised to find out that she is happy or excited for you; my family was. Having your period is normal, so she will understand. Good luck and congrats! :)
Just say "Mom, there is flood coming out my vagina. Help me." and she should pretty much pick up what you're putting down. After all, she does go through the same suffering as you and every other female.
I feel your pain! But remember she is your mom and she goes through the same thing. I just walked up to her and said, when my brothers weren't around, "Mom I got my period." It may seem like a big deal at first but after a couple cycles you won't even care anymore.
