the 9 days diet my sis tryed it n it worked ...oh 3days rice and water ...3days chiken and water and 3 days apple n water..if u dnt want that then try runing and watch what ur eating ...no fastfood ..oh n pizza is a fastfood
If u are a member at a recenter or a gym then go there very often. Eat very healthy. Or if you don't have a member ship then go on YouTube and find a work out video and follow that. Or go to you local library and get a full work out video from there.
