Read the detail at the bottom about weight loss because i am trying to lose 20 pounds and i weight 150

If i work out for Five weeks i Lift weights in five sets of 50 i do a thousand push-ups and Crunches I take cold baths i work out Three times a day morning-afternoon-Night time and i also eat right foods i cut out Junk food and Drinks that have alot of sugar in them and i eat healthy will i lose 20 pounds at all?

How about u try the 17 day diet. It works REALLY well. :)
