go find a fighting art like MMA or boxing or karate something like that. i believe it would be fun go there with some friends if you don't have any make some there. believe me it is going to be really boring if you do this alone

Drink three cups of water before every meal at start doing 20 push ups every day on something high like a chair. after a couple of weeks you will be much thinner and you'll have some muscle...it worked for me i am currently 12 Kg thinner and my body improved so much. This is not that fun but its really effective.
I do a puch up card game, with a friend. we use one deck, and if I draw a 5 I do 5 puch ups then its his turn. So on and so on, and take a break here and there, You will need it. A's are 20, kings are 15, queens are 15, jokers are 30 for a joke, clubs are 15.
80% nutrition, 20% exercise. Your nutrition must be right or the workout is a waste of time. go on blogilates.com.... They have workout videos and make it fun. Do some work outs, cardio and yoga while listening to your favourite type of music. Remember though, hard work is done in the gym but shown in the kitchen

To keep my body fit and muscles toned (while having fun at the same time), I would definitely recommend working out at the gym with friends or working out with others in a class. To get my bikini body ready for the summer, I joined a Pilates class with two of my best friends. We were beginners at the time, so the class was geared towards helping accustom our muscles to the types of positions that Pilates requires. After about a month in the class, I lost 10 pounds and built muscle in my arms and legs (without getting too bulky).
