Quite honesty, neither is healthy. Diet Soda contains aspartame, which I don't trust is safe for human consumption (ants won't even eat it!). Regular soda doesn't even have real sugar in it (High Fructose Corn Syrup). So in my opinion, I think NEITHER soda is healthy enough to be compared to each other.
Soda is one of the major reasons people, including teens and children are becoming diabetic. Neither is healthy. I used to drink it all the time, now I'm diabetic. Since then, I've had 2 small bottles of it. Drinking it is okay, but ONLY if it's once in a while. But daily or weekly intake of it will harm you. Also, soda is a major concern when it comes to weight gain. Remember, you're drinking sugared water, that WILL pack the pounds on you!
