I have a 10 year old miniature schnauzer , it's seems in the summer she gets hot spots and won't stop itching . Tried a spray for hotspots

she itches to they get raw

You'll definitely need to get her to the vet's as soon as you can to get prescriptive hot spots dog treatment. The hot spots may be an indication that she has a bacterial infection, or it could simply be atopy.
