My iPod touch wont turn on, charge, reset, or even show up on the computer.

its just a black screen and nothing happens when I press any of the buttons. I tried :

holding down the home button and the wake/sleep button at the same time.

plugging it into a computer and doing the above.

(I can't reset it or anything cause nothing shows up on my computer or screen)

The only thing I remember is dropping it on my brothers foot. I hadn't used it for the rest of the day and then out of no where it happens.

It looks like you have a faulty battery, which is why you're unable to charge or even reset it. If the iPod is still covered under warranty, you should probably get it to an Apple store and get it replaced.
