Droid X or iPhone 4? Droid has a lower GB but has WI-FI hotspot and 3G hotspot. The iPhone has a bigger GB and better apps but no hotspot!!!

If you can wait, iPhone 5 is supposed to come out this summer. If not, go with the iPhone. Youll be able to do the mobile hotspur if you have verizon, and if you don't, you can always jailbreak and get mywi. Go with iPhone.

Wait for iPhone 5 to come out unless ire with verizon then it's a lose lose for u no matter what phone u pick

you can get the hotspot on an iphone if you jailbreak it, there's an app in cydia called mywi. verizon will also have the hotspot option available on the iphone, and supposedly AT&T may do this too. iphone is just an all around better phone...
