Don't exercise, don't eat fruits or vegetables. Sit around all day not working.
Well I think building muscle helps you gain weight...anyways, you might want to contact a doctor and ask if you even NEED to gain weight. Milkshakes are a good idea with protein powder but the cheapest additive is raw egg. Blend it all up with frozen spinach and berries and cream or yoghurt.
Muscle milk, protein shakes and adding muscle will make you gain weight the right way. Sitting around just messes up your metabolism.
