How much crunches is enough to get a six pack

so I really want a six pack but I don't know how much crunches to do I'm able to do 100 and more crunches also my body fat is 7.8 so no need for cardio also I would very much appreciate if you put in how much reps

To get a six-pack you need enough testosterone to develop muscles and you also need to develop the mid, low and obliques. This involves a lot of core work, in many different ways.
