3....breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and supper like a poor man.There's a theory that grazing works well for some people which means light snacks of less than 100 calories each thru out the day
3 main courses breakfast always being most important, and 2 snacks in between. but humans are pigs and we always want to eat :D
