What's a quick way to lose weight?

Surgery is very quick, but extremely costly. There really isn't a quick way that you can on your own. Well, you could listen to the influential CJ, but that's quite painful. Diet and exercise is all you can do.

There are multiple ways to lose weight quickly. Doing such is dangerous however and the weight loss is not sustainable.
Since you are looking to "lose weight fast" most of the weight you'll lose will be water and muscle, you'll wind up gaining fat in the long run.
I highly suggest eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly, the weight will come off and stay off in time.

If I were you drinking water and deleting all other drinks would help you and drink water before meals you won't want to eat much add that with 3 days of exercise and your good
