How come when I "push" inside my ears, I can hear wind without wind actually being there?

It's not actually wind but the blood rushing inside of you. It's creepy but true. Same thing with "hearing the ocean" in a seashell.

The wind sound in your ear could be caused by a clogged up nose. Alternatively, you could be having an ear wax or probably you have tinnitus. In this case, you need to see a doctor and get a right medication for your condition.
