Carpal tunnel orthoscopic surgery recover time and success rate

I've had co-workers with similar experiences to the link above. High success rate, relatively quick recovery time (1-2 weeks off from work and another month or two with a wrap).

Your biggest concern will be the scarring because it is impossible to avoid and it is long term. The pain will be long gone, but the scar will still be there. Just use the anti-scar medication as soon as you can. It reduces the scar outline as much as possible.

It takes the average patient approximately 6-12 weeks to "recover." Sometimes the recovery period can be shorter and at times longer. The success rate of Carpal tunnel arthroscopic surgery is around 88% to 95%.
