It means you didn't stretch afterward and now you have tightened muscles. Try stretching them very slowly and gently. Also if you work it more it should help. Warm packs or warm baths with gentle massage will help. You have to stretch before AND after. I didn't stretch after my workout yesterday and have quite a bit of pain as well.
Calfs are not sopposed to be sore after exercises. You thighs and hamstrings hurt because you pulled them somehow. Be careful next time and to fix this: eat a protein bar or shake. Or fish. Protein will heal, repair, and buildup the muscles you pulled you exercised.
