How can i get thinner by the time school starts (
Eat 3 meals a day. It is important to also keep your sleep on balance. Don't skip Any meals and eat regular proportions. Try and exercise. But don't push yourself. Go at a pace that will be good for your health.
eat less, cut out soda. Exercise more
Eat healthy most of the time. Use excellent portion control, don't skip meals, get really good exercise EVERYDAY!!!!!!

Eat complex carbs (veggies, fruit, whole grains, ect.) cut out junk foods and drinks. Exercise program: 2 miles a day- walking/running.
