First of all, I would have to fault you for using a word like "always". Secondly, you may want to add a little more "spice" (details) to your question. But hey, if you're just complaining that is OK too, but keep in mind most people are not interested in any complaints but their own.
No one wants to be responsible when something goes wrong. You're going to have to deal with people blaming you for the rest of your life, simply because people don't want to be at fault. Don't take it personally-- it happens to all of us.
It's called the "Blame Game", where people blame stuff on you, to avoid the issues. Start focusing on the issue or problem and do not allow them to pull you off the track by blaming you. If they try to side track you with the blaming, bring the subject right back to how the problem needs to be solved. Good luck.
