What will happen if I run on the treadmill but I still eat a lot?

It depends on your goal. Are you trying to build muscle? Lose weight? If trying to lose, if your calorie intake is greater than the calories your burn per day, you won't lose, you can still gain. It's normal to want to eat more when you exercise bc you are burning more..but remember your goals. :)

You would be exercising more then you would be if you weren't on the treadmill and eating a lot. :0)

It depends on how much u run and what u eat. You will gain muscle and probably maintain ur weight

You wont get as fat as if u didnt get on treadmill

Running builds muscles and burns calories. If you eat more than you burn you won't lose weight. You may grow muscle though!
