How many days a week should a 14 year old boy exercise?

I'm curious on how many days I should exercise cause I don't want to do not too little and not too much

Try to get as many as you can If you want muscles fast but take 1 or 2 days off so you don't over do it and divid your 5 days up 2 days of upper body 2 days lower cardio and 1 day try aquatics

depends on your build. if your average size you should just cut down on junk foods, if your a little or a lot over average work out once and see how it goes, comment on my post and i'll give you more advice

You should exercise every other day. You will eventually feel kind if sore after awhile, so if you need to take a few days off at some point, you should. Remember to eat healthy as well.

Every other day maybe but if u want muscles and abs everyday ;P
