sweety you may be having a panic attack. I have them from time to time. just relax. close your eyes and tell yourself this will pass. the point is not to panic. it makes things worse ergo the word panic attack lol. the body is stressed and it needs to relax. just calm down, close your eyes and focus on breathing. inhale for 6 seconds and exhale for 8 seconds. it'll help. stay well :)
The best thing to do would be to take some warm liquid like water or mild. This warmth will help relieve the tightness in the throat and chest. You need also to make sure that you visit a doctor the next morning so you can be diagnosed and given some treatment. The in case it is cold, make sure to cover yourself with warm clothing and avoid getting in contact with cold water.
I think you may be having a panic attack try breathing In slowly and exhaling slowly try your best to calm your self down and tell your self that everything will be okay and i would recommend to maybe pray or do somthing to take your mind off the problem and if it gets worse call your parents up and get there help
These types of problems really shouldn't be addressed on a social-media ap. your best bet is to tell this to your parents. And if they feel that this is serious, you should go to a doctor, or to your local emergency room. Your health is nothing to joke around with. You are young, and should take good care of yourself.
