If you have to drink.... Drink two glasses of water for every drink you have. Hang overs are caused by cellular dehydration. If you rehydrate after every drink, you will be less likely to have a hang over. Drinking a large glass or bottle of water before going to bed helps a lot too. NOT overdoing it.... is also a good way to not get a hang over as well.
