Going to sell Chinese food on Amazon. What should I do?

Hi everyone. I want to sell Chinese food on Amazon. People told me maybe I need to get some permission as some countries to ensure the safety of the selling food. So how do I do that? Can everyone give me any information about that? Thanks a lot! :)

There are heavy regulations for your preparation facilities, the actual prep of the food as well as the packaging and shipping of food in most western countries. Esp in the US. Youll have to get various permits, be inspected and improved by the appropriate govt agencies and prove your stirage, preparation and shipping meet all givt guidelines. Most likely youll have to have the ability to freeze dry or pack and ship in dry ice if you intend to sell raw or cooked foods with meat and dairy esp. The US postal service REALLY doesnt like food that isnt prepackaged and sealed to be shipped through the mail and regulates it heavily.

For you to sell Chinese food on Amazon, you need to ensure that Consumer Products Safety Commission or the Food and Drug Administration has determined its legality and safety. Then, you can check the policy and agreement that Amazon provides for the sale of food and beverage. The food should be properly prepared and packaged. Go to http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=200277280 for details.
