Is it normal to feel hungry even after I ate? I just changed my eating habits from "unhealthy" to "healthy"

For example, last night I had a chicken salad but afterwards I still felt hungry. Just need some tips. Thanks

Since you just changed your eating habits your stomach is still used to your usual portions. If you just let yourself feel hungry for a few days while eating sensible portions your body will adapt.

yes it is totoally normal and u should get used to it and ur body wont feel so hungry after a while.

If you're trying to be healthier, then also try drinking the recommended amount of water per day.......almost no one is drinking enough water.......the water helps you to feel full as well.....

You may be craving fat. When I come home after biking, I 'stay' hungry until I eat something with fat in it - like a chocolate chip cookie or some nuts. I think it's important, when eating 'healthy' to make sure you still get enough fat in your diet - it is used to fuel your muscles, and is distinct from what's around your waist. Well, my waist, I guess :))
