Expecting that the person is not an expert, he would avoid eye contact, often staring at his feet or looking at the ceiling. He cheeks may blush and he may stutter or talk fast. He may fidget, twiddling his thumbs, pursing his lips, twisting his hips, or shifting his feet around. Here's a test to see if a person lies. Ask them a simple question, but tell them that the answer they have to give is "no." Ask them if they're wearing a shirt. Most likely, they will, but they have to answer no. Then look for some facial movements when they answer. People do odd things when they're lying. Check their lips, tongue, eyes, and forehead. If they do something while or immediately after they say "no," you'll know that that's what they do when they're really lying. Hope I've helped.
