When you think about it, Christians may be among those who NEVER make it to Heaven simply because they pass up their chance to find it, here during this life, while they wait for their pie in the sky when they die.
The Gospel According to Omar says we can have it now: A book of verses underneath the bough, A jug of wine, a loaf of bread -- and thou Beside me singing in the wilderness -- Oh, wilderness were paradise enow!
Don't put your hopes of Heaven into something that will probably never happen. Take your life in your own hands and make your paradise here, now, while you can still achieve it.

That's why there's judgment day. God will judge your life and see into your heart (good or evil) to see if you are worthy. Weather you are Christian, Jewish, Moslem, Buddhist, Mormon, etc. God is loving, why would he take people from one religion and not take people from other religions? I hate it when one religion thinks they are the only ones who will make it to heaven.
I don't know who you are or what your beliefs are. I think this type of thinking is extremely important. Too many people become complacent with there beliefs. Challenging certain thoughts like this are important to strengthen or sometimes change your belief.
Do only Christians go to Heaven? Of COURSE not! Why would God have made so many different kinds of people, if there's only one correct way to be? Anyone who believes that their religion is the only true way to worship is guilty of arrogance and false pride, and is therefore a sinner. Don't trust anyone who tells you that. Keep your mind and your heart open.
( 111 ) And they say, "None will enter Paradise except one who is a Jew or a Christian." That is [merely] their wishful thinking, Say, "Produce your proof, if you should be truthful."
( 112 ) Yes [on the contrary], whoever submits his face in Islam to Allah while being a doer of good will have his reward with his Lord. And no fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve. Quran (2:111-112)
In John 14.6 Jesus declares, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No-one comes to the Father except through me." In Acts 4.12 Peter proclaims, "Salvation is found in no-one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among mortals by which we must be saved." There is no salvation apart from Jesus Christ. He said, "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except by Me." (John 14:6) He is not a way, He is The Way. There is no path to heaven that does not go through Jesus Christ. Some people will immediately object and say that many billions of people don't believe this. But that is irrelevant. A thing's truth is not based on how many people believe it, but on whether or not it accurately reflects reality. Also, if there is another way to get to heaven besides Jesus, then that would mean that God the Father is a sadist and Christ was a fool. The cross makes this so. If I can be saved through the Dharma or the Koran or just being nice to people, then God the Father made His Son suffer and die a horrible, torturous death for no reason. But the Father is not a sadist and Christ is not a fool, so we can only achieve salvation through Jesus.
Only those who have believed in God/Christ, truely believe, and have accepted the free gift of Grace thru Christs loving sacrifice for us. Those who fully accept God and His word and have a personal relatiinship with Him. There are many who claim the title of 'Christian' but have no idea who God is and have no relationship with Him. They perform religious rituals but never truely made Him part of their lives. So your answer is 'not necessarily'. I think there will be quite a few people who have claimed the title of 'christian' who will be shocked to find themselves standing before God on judgement day with no good explainations as to why they talked the talked but didnt walk the walk.
The truth is, nobody absolutely knows the ultimate destiny of anyone, except God. We have indications that He makes a decision based on something(s) we do here on earth while alive, and it is either a prior relationship, or works we do in the flesh. The New Testament says that "by the works of the flesh shall no man be saved," so I assume its therefore on the basis of the prior earthly relationship you have with God.
Perhaps the question is, why would anyone other than a Christian want to go to a Christian version of heaven. The Christian concept of heaven does not correspond to mine and holds no appeal for me .Nevertheless, it is my sincere and heartfelt hope that all Christians DO find their way to their version of heaven, and that they DO remain there for all eternity. Amen
Roxby: when you are searchin for an answer: you should always search the scripture---- not just hear what people "think" they know. Lesrn to seek what God has to say---- thats wherevthe real anawers are: Jesus said: "no one comes to the Father except thru Me!" Now, that is not being narrowminded! He states very clearly:WHO SO EVER Believes! That includes Who So Ever! He didnt say: blonds only. He said Who soever! It never says How GOOD is good enough( like some religions: Buddah/Muslim) He only says WHOSOEVER believes in Me shall have everlasting LIFE! How simple is that!!!
