When life feels unbearable, what is your strength?
when you feel scared, lost, disconnected, and alone, what keeps you strong, vigorous, and hopeful? What helps you feel confident, inspired, peaceful, and positive? Feeling heavy Lately; was about to write a poem for the first time in years, but all my concerns and troubles keep clouding my head and getting in the way! I almost feel like I am having trouble just functioning. Anyway, thanks in advance!
