How do I get rid of muscle soreness?

We moved, and I was carrying huge boxes all day up and down stairs. My arms hurt, my legs, and my shoulders and neck.

Report as

Gently stretching the sore muscles through out the day

EPSON SALT!!! Epson salt is amazing! You can buy it at the dollar store, Walmart, target, etc. You put some of the Epson salt in a warm bath and it helps so much! It works right away, hope this helps. Also, there are many other benefits to Epson Salt, you can research it f you want.

A simple stretch can work wonders. Isolate the tender muscles and stretch them. with moving, I imagine your arms and legs are feeling it the most. This video is loud... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SUHNhUEX9QQ But stretch before and after bed.
