I would say before lunch. That way while you are exercising you do not get cramps, or feel sick. Just remember to eat a balanced lunch, because it's not only the exercise that helps, it's eating healthy. Oh! Also before you go you need to be hydrated and I recommend not going on a completely empty stomach, fruit would be a good thing to have.
