What are good workouts?
And what is the proper attire

okay so I am planning to start doing parkour and I have no idea where to start! I have no idea what to wear, and I don't how to prepare for it PLEASE HELP!

Some good workouts for parkour for beginners include plant plyo, lunge , wall handstand, broad jump burpee, tuck jump to silent landing, Knees to elbows, wall dip, kipping pull ups and Quadrupedal movement. You should wear something that you are comfortable with. Go to for ddetails.
