About an hour or two before your bedtime start reducing the lights in each room ,turn off your tv, radios,and other distracting things so that your body can wind down without a lot of distracting elements. This will help clear your mind and help reduce stress that you have dealt with throughout your day. Peace and quiet is relaxing to the mind,body,and soul! Think of relaxing things such as floating on a raft in the pool as the sunshine warms your body. Most importantly.....Always,without fail talk to GOD and thank HIM for all of your blessings,your family,your health....whatever you have been blessed with and HE will surely bless you with peace and peace is truly priceless! to get a good nights sleep do this activity Insha Allah (if Allah Wills) you will satisfy when going to bed kindly recite the following words as given below 1. Subhanallah 33 times [meaning: Glory be to Allah (God).] 2. Alhamdulillah 33 times [meaning: Praise be to Allah.] 3. Allahu Akbar 34 times [meaning: Allah 'God is the Greatest] Remembrance of Allah is the only solution get a song out of your head INSHA ALLAH (If Allah wills) IT WILL WORK

I think you should do everything you should before sleeping I mean never neglect! , don't be angry with anyone, review all your day achievements and say goodnight to your love :) I hope it's helpful and I hope good nights sleep for you !
Sleep early and not late. you need at least 8 hours of rest after a long day of work. eat and drink healthily so that you wont feel sick. and just relax and let all your worries go away cuz that might be bothering you at night . sleep tight :P !
there is one thing called Zenbev i think it was called. It is an organic acid that you put in water you mix it and it works. It does not taste so good so try to get flavored type. Good luck, it hard to find flavored ones!
