Why do animals, even in the wild, seek me out?

Animals, even wild ones, will come to me when they are hurt or lost or just for affection. My wealthy,educated, long dead grandmother, who I never met,was the same. We are a clean, neat, family, not strange or malodorous. .

They say animals can judge the intentions of other animals by their body scent. Like antelopes in Africa can judge when a lion is hunting and when it is just walking around. Perhaps there is something about you that they can judge in the same way and know you mean them no harm and will help if you can. Which doesn't mean you are "malodorous", since animals can detect the slightest of scents.

I've had many unexplained, possibly physic, things happen to me over the years also. Some are so strange, that I hardly believe that they happened. People also will often come up to me out of a crowd to ask advice of, even personal advice. No, I don't wear a minister's collar!!

Well, humans are also animals, and I do believe that sometimes we detect things about other people without even knowing how we do it. Just as we sometimes sense a threat in someone without knowing why, we may also sense which person to ask for advice when we need it. To put it in an overly simplistic way, you apparently just give off a "good vibe."

You make a lot of sense.

Do you think that the good vibes could be an aura. I don't know much about them, but have read that we all have one. Do you think that animals and even people subconsciously might see it?

Could be. Not really "well read" on auras so I can't speak for or against their existence. But I do think there is "something" about certain people, and aura is just as good a word for it as any other.

Animals have a highly developed sixth sense. They are drawn to my mother and me in much the same way that they are you and your grandmother.

Thanks!

I and my family do spend lots of money and time helping animals, but I hadn't really connected that with the sort of odd attraction that I have for animals.
Once, a woman running a dolphin show screamed and dropped her microphone after a mean, nasty cat that lived on the property and hated people, climbed the bleachers and came and sat in my lap!!!

Animals in your neighborhood have a rabies epidemic.

Luckily for me, I haven't run into that yet.

Once, while camping in the woods, I was sitting outside of the circle in the dark and felt an animal push against my leg. I couldn't see it, but reached down and picked it up. Luckily, it turned out to be an expensive Persian cat and not a rabid raccoon. We still have him.

@Zoo; What?

I'm just joking. In my neighborhood, several years ago, many raccoons were infected with rabies and actively approached people. Many children thought them to be friendly.

Got it.

To be healed by the animal whisperer. You have that spirited gift.
