How do you lose muscle weight?
Running 6 day a week and a veggie diet. Intense cardio like running eats your muscles.
Sit around, eat in front of tv, park as close as posible to entrance, dont lift any thing weighing more than 1/4 pounder with cheese
Eat Swiss roll cakes daily
by lifting an excessive amount your body will naturally get wrecked and your muscle mass will decrease
Lots of cardio and no resistance training
stop working out and just run instead. Don't eat before you run and do no resistance training at all.
