How long does it take to lose muscle while your gaining it?
I'm trying to get into shape, and I do a 45 minute, fairly rigorous workout, but I can't workout everyday. I usually work out every other to every three days... Am I losing muscle mass during this period? It still looks like I'm losing weight, I've even dropped a few pounds, but I don't want to lose muscle mass or strength.
Am I okay, or should I workout more often?
