Why do people say the sky is the limit?
cuz if you go ant higher there is no oxygen and that wouldn't be fun.
because that's as far as there eyes can see.
because its in a sung
Because the sky is limitless
'The sky's the limit' originated at a time of optimism and progress - in the USA just before WWI. The earliest citation I can find is from the New York newspaper The Syracuse Herald, September 1911:"Then good luck, and remember the sky's the limit." In other words, there is no apparent limit.
There are endless possibilities/opportunities
That phrase is an older one. The new phrase in reference to that now is..."Don't tell me the Sky's the limit when there is footprints on the moon"
Because it doesn't end.
