We love to place haddock in a baking dish, add some flour to the top of the fish , some salt, pepper. .Dot with butter or margarine and pour low fat or regular milk to cover and bake till fish falls apart with a fork.....about 15 minutes for average size thickness piece of fish..
a little sea salt, maybe a little fresh ground pepper, then broil it in butter. Or grill it and baste it in butter. Maybe a little minced garlic. Mighty tasty, but not to spicy, if you go easy on the pepper
