go for walk every day 10 to 30 minutes. do yoga meditation. read some good books every day. eat proper food. don't drink tea after evening. keep your phone/gadgets far from you while sleeping. if you have any gf enjoy with her. and most important sleep in peaceful environment.
you will defiantly able to sleep if you follow above points.
You should take a warm bath that will loosen up you both. It will take the tension out. After drink hot milk or chocolate milk. After that just lie down on your bed and day dream. Then your should fall asleep I had the exact same problem. And don't focus on going to sleep cause it will keep you awake even longer
I used slept one or two hours for about 2 months last summer, but I always have full of energy during the daytime. It doesn't matter if you still have energy just like me;if not, don't think about anything at the sleeping time,just go to bed,close your eyes,maybe you'll get sleep.
