I Currently Weight 150 How Many Days Will it take if i eat healthy and i only have fruits vegetables water and meat to lose 20 pounds

If i eat healthy and eat fruits vegetables stay away from junk food and fast foods and unhealthy foods and i workout everyday how many days will it take to lose 20 pounds i do 5 sets of push-ups each hour when i wake up and then i do crunches with it then lift weights in 5 sets and i do this all eating healthy how many days will it be till i lose weight?

This can vary but first calculate your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) which is how many calories you need just to maintain your current weight. Then, reduce your caloric intake so that you're taking in around 1,200 calories per day. Divide the difference between the two into 3,500 which is how many calories are in one pound of fat and that'll give you how many days it'll take to lose a pound. This is just one way and there are as many opinions as there are diets but this will work without fail. Also, drink about 1 gallon of water every day and that'll help as well.

You can do that healthily in just about a month, but you've got to be careful not to go back to your old habits. Otherwise, your weight will come right back.

You still need to exercise!!! Start running, if you run two miles a day and eat right, the weight will drop right off
