My daughter is 11. She uses NAIR for her legs right now to start off with. I'll allow her to start shaving as soon as she's ready to use a razor. It's her choice. She's the one who has to live in her own body, I want her to be comfortable while doing so;) I definitely don't want to give her any additional reasons to struggle through puberty or adolescence when it's not necessary!
i was ten when started shaving but I knew as a girl who was becoming mature faster than most I wanted to shave earlier because I didn't like me hairy legs. so I mean it depend on maturity level and really when u feel comfortable :)
Girls: Don't start shaving legs unless you absolutely have to. If your hair is light and hardly noticeable, then don't, because once you do, it comes back thicker and darker. Shave armpits so that deodorant works better. French girls seem to like looking like bigfoot with 6 inches of arm pit hair. Gross! (Yes I met one)
It really depends on your comfort, I shaved at 13 to go to a amusement park, but it's about personal choice, and how much or how often it grows back. But in general pre-teen 11-12, or teenager 13 and so forth.
Truthfully I started around 12/13 but everybody's different.Just shave if you need it.if your growing hair on your arm pits or your legs then you should shave them or wax them. You don't want to look like a yetty (lol :P ha).Do pressure your self to do it there's no need. Hope this helped. How old are you any ways.
well I'm 15 and I don't shave. But most people do. I just think it's kind of dumb, pointless, and a waste of time. Plus my hair's pretty blonde. I don't mind having hair on my legs. It's just like having hair anywhere else. Might as well shave my arms, or my head. To answer your question, well it's kind of a social norm, so if she wants to, probably just when the hair starts to darken, or whenever she's ready, and can use a razor.
