What are the ups and downs of living in Canada?

Im thinking of a town near the Alaskan border. I think it's in the Yukon. It's called Dawson. What are the ups and downs of living there?

Thanks! Sounds awesome! I can probably handle the cold. I enjoy it a lot better than heat.

I'd enjoy the peace. The cold wouldn't be too bad. I'm mostly Scottish, and I live in Illinois. I love winter clothes. So much cozier than shorts and t shirts. Plus, no one will make fun of you for wearing the sweater your grandma knitted for you.

Downs. It is $ 9.50 for a gallon of milk. Up's beautiful area. Way less crowded than the major cities in the lower 48.
