Can I sue the nurse if he gives me wrong medication?

I searched some sites like http://www.medicalnegligenceclaims.com/ ; they offer lots of assistance on how to settle a claim. I know they can really help me if I seek for their legal advice.

Did the medicine mix up cause you some kind of hardship? Missed work? More medical bills? You can sue anybody for anything, whether or not you win is a whole other story.

You can sue the nurse if the wrong medication had an effect on you. You also need to have a proof that indeed the medicines affected you in one way or the other. Otherwise, it would be hard to sue the nurse.

Okay, just calm down. I know a lot of people are looking for money, but it was more than likely just an accident and you wouldn't win anyway.

If you had a severe reaction yes. But haven't you ever made a mistake? If you're just trying to get money you should be ashamed. Why do you think insurance is so sky high? Because of this!

In a medical malpractice claim, you need more than your opinion, you need to hire a medical expert that will testify that the nurse's mistake violated his professional duty. Unless you can prove thousands of dollars in damages (and I'm not talking pain and suffering), you will spend more to sue than you will get if you win.
