How can I lose weight fast? Like around a month! I really need to lose as much as I can!

I've been trying to lose weight for about a year now, I've tried so many diets and exercises, but I don't see changes, I need to lose it fast!

Well if you wanna lose face fat, just puff out your cheeks like your holding your breath whenever you can. If you wanna lose belly fat, then I do as many crunches as I can whenever I can and my stomach is pretty flat. If you wanna lose arm fat, do some girl pushups or go on a jog/walk carrying 2 pound weights.(that will exercise everything) And if you wanna lose leg fat, then do squats or dance.(& not professional dance, just random dancing). Thats what I do. As for food, I can't go on a diet because I would cheat on it all the time, so I just eat whatever and usually leave the rest up for the exercise. I do a lot of salads and vegetables though because I like the taste of some, but other than that I don't really eat any dieting foods. Thats all what I do and I get told that I am really skinny a lot.

Try to form a good life habit. Good for long term. But when it comes to losing weight in a month, doing sports might help.

That's your first mistake. DON'T GO ON A DIET!!!! I lost 75 plus pounds last year. No dieting.

This is what I did. Eat mostly healthy all the time. Eat enough calories, top few calories is not good. Use excellent portion control ALL THE TIME. Get good exercise everyday. Get a minimum of 5 hours a week.
Then don't get stuck in this needing to lose fast. Almost NEVER do people gain weight fast yet everyone wants to lose weight fast!
