You may link it up to iCloud. You may log in by using your Apple I.D . You may also use and app called Dropbox.

You can do it wirelessly like the other person says or you can do it manually. Plug you device in and unlock it. The computer should show its plugged in, like a USB drive, but maybe with a different picture. If not try unplugging it and plugging it in again, and unlocking it again. It takes a few (or many) tries sometimes but in the end it'll finally recognize the device. Then click on the icon for your plugged in device and keep on clicking on the folders it shows. Then you will see all your pictures from your device. You can move them into your desktop (or anther folder on your desktop) or copy and paste them to there. Keep in mid that if you do use the photo stream, which is only on the newer iOS software, you have to download a separate application to your computer in order to access it on there.
